TavoxVoice

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to TavoxVoice by an organisation, its administrators, and its callers.

1. The service

TavoxVoice provides organisation-isolated contact queues, manual calling tools, and optional AI-assisted calling with recording, transcription, summaries, and campaign classification. The organisation is responsible for every account and caller it authorises.

2. Eligibility and verification

You must provide accurate organisation and responsible-person information. We may verify identity, intended use, billing information, domains, and registration records before enabling calls. Payment does not guarantee approval. We may limit, suspend, or reject access where verification is incomplete or risk is unacceptable.

3. Contact authority and consent

You must have a lawful right to contact every person uploaded or called, honour suppression and do-not-call requests, and comply with marketing, privacy, telecommunications, and recording laws that apply to you. Where notice or consent is required for recording or AI processing, you must obtain it before continuing the call.

4. Calling identity

You may not spoof or misrepresent caller identity. Assigned TavoxVoice numbers remain under our control and may be changed, quarantined, or withdrawn to protect recipients, providers, or number reputation. TavoxVoice is not an emergency calling service.

5. Billing

An AI minute is a connected AI-assisted call minute, rounded up per connected call. Failed and unanswered connections do not consume AI credit. Included credit resets at the applicable billing cycle and unused included credit does not roll over unless stated otherwise. Paid top-up credit is used after included credit. Manual mode has no TavoxVoice calling fee, but your mobile or carrier may charge you.

6. AI output

Transcripts, summaries, tags, and classifications can contain errors and must not be treated as definitive records without human review. You remain responsible for decisions based on AI output.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend calls immediately for suspected abuse, unlawful activity, excessive complaints, payment failure, provider restrictions, security incidents, or breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. You may cancel through the organisation billing controls. Retention and deletion remain subject to legal, fraud-prevention, and accounting requirements.

8. Availability and liability

Telephony and AI services depend on third-party networks and are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, TavoxVoice is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
